This charming newly built farmhouse is full of rustic character and has been built using authentic Gozitan architecture with original stonework. It is located in the tradional village of Xaghra just 5 minutes drive from Ramla Beach.

Interior:
This spacious, light and airy farmhouse has solid wood furniture, exposed wooden beams and is full of character and charm.
The entrance of this farmhouse leads you through a living room and then to a large living and dining room which overlooks the pool area. There is an adjacent well equipped kitchen. A shower and a toliet are also on ground floor. This farmhouse has three spacious bedrooms on first floor. One bedroom has double bed which have an ensuite full bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed which has an ensuite shower while the other bedroom has 2 single beds which has an access to a seperate shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking pool area and country views.

Exterior:
Patio doors leads from the living area to the pool area. The sunbathing area surrounds the 17ft by15ft swimming pool. The pool area is furnihed with sunbeds, dining furniture and BBQ.

This farmhouse is situated in the village of Xaghra about 15 mins walk to the village centre and pretty village square. There are a couple of local bars and restaurants in the square where you can enjoy a coffee mix with the very friendly locals. Xaghra is also the location of Ghantija which is one of the o;dest temples in the world.
