Interior: This spacious, light and airy farmhouse is full of character and charm. The walls are all of lovely mellow limestone and the ceilings have wooden beams. The entrance into the villa leads you directly into a large open plan living and dining room which overlooks the pool area. Thre is an adjacent well equipped, country style kitchen. Gharb Villa has four very attractive bedrooms. There is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor and comprise of a master bedroom with a double four-poster bed and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a separate family bathroom. A large terrace on the first floor allows guests to enjoy the beautiful country views across to the sea. It is a perfect place in which to relax and delight in the spectacular sunsets.

Exterior: Patio doors lead from the living area onto a sun-drenched terrace with breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside, providing a magical venue for al fresco relaxation. The attractive swimming pool measures 6x3.5 metres and is entered by roman steps. The terrace is furnished with outdoor dining furniture, a barbecue and sun beds.

Amenities: Situated in the typical Gozitan village of Gharb. There is a small central village square with a pharmacy, bakery and a restaurant. A couple of farmhouse style restaurants can be found in the village and the resorts of Xlendi and Marsalforn are a short drive away with a selection of more restaurants and local bars.
