 This house of charm and character has a very impressive entrance leading into an extremely spacious lounge area. Here you are surrounded by magnificent hand crafted arch ways and a light and airy internal courtyard. A sweeping staircase of marble with solid mahogany banisters leads away to the upper floor. This beautiful three bedroom house sleeps up to eight people. It boasts a lovely and completely private swimming pool and terrace area complete with gas bbq and sunbeds from which visitors can appreciate the fantastic sea and sweeping country valley views.
The fully fitted oak kitchen offers you a dishwasher along with all the other standard kitchen appliances. An ample dining table overlooks the pool and views of the valley. The lounge is a place for relaxing and is complete with a colour television with cable TV connected. For your convenience an exquisite bathroom leads off from the lounge at this level at the rear of the internal courtyard.
Ascending the beautiful sweeping marble staircase leads you to the upper level where you find three large bedrooms all equipped with fans.The largest is the master bedroom, with a double bed and en suite private facilities. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There are also available two folding beds for use if required.
There is also an upstairs shower room boasting a shower, toilet and wash basin with an enclosed washing machine for your use.
